OutOfMemoryException WinHttp

I have a Problem with WinHttp. I call a ASPX Site over WinHttp and one or two times per day I get this OutOfMemory Exception and I doesn't know why. It is a Windows 2003 Server with IIS6 and more than 2GB Memory and you can find this into the Event Log:

Hi verivox,
You may need to divide the application into different pool in IIS and try to allocate the physical RAM usage wisely inside the running server. It did help us to wipe out this issue after the configured. Hope it helps you.
