"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I checked it out and saw this: Warning The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility is provided "as is" to help resolve installation problems for programs that use Microsoft Windows Installer. If you use this utility, you may have to reinstall other programs. Caution is advised. We recommend that you do not use this utility with 2007 Office system products. I have 2007 office products installed. Should I go ahead?

Yes . . . that's saying don't use the product to uninstall Office 2007.

You can always do a system restore if you need to (create a restore point just before running)

Thank you so much for your response. I'm still having alot of problems. Let me give you the load down:
I have an Axis Communication Network Video recorder 262+ and a system, ot her systems are viewing the multi screen but this particular system is giving lots of issues: I've been able to install the axis camera software and the options for the screen comes up but I can't view the multi screen. Apparently, the system has .net requirements, sql is also installed, visual studio 2008, asp.net are installed and I guess the display is dependent on these programs. When I try to launch, it gives this error:

Form 1
Unhandled exception has occured in your application. if you click  continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you quit, the application will close immediately

An error occurred creating the form. See exception. Inner Exception for details. The error is: CLASS NOT REGISTERED (EXCEPTION FROM HRESULT: 0x80004015 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)

When I checked details, there were lots of stuffs but the last statement read thus:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Please, help. Thanks
