System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission failed error when building ASP.NET app

I have just set up a new server running Windows Server 2008 / IIS7.

I have set up a new virtual directory and my website displays and runs fine.

When I am on my dev machine and try and build the website, i get the following error:

"Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed."

I have tried giving my computer full try using caspol to the share where the website is located but doesnt seem to have helped.

Help much appreciated!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
