I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are getting a time out issue then this implies that the resource that is being accessed is not responding.

Based on the error check out this ... Request URL: http://bl2msftpps01/_wpresources/Microsoft.PerformancePoint.Scorecards.WebParts/3.0.0.0__31bf3856ad364e35/RenderingService.asmx/CreateRenderingInstructions

It would appear that this application/request is not responding or is taking so long to run that it is causing the client side to time out before it can respond.
