How do I setup parental controls in OS X 10.5.7 ( Leopard ) to access just 2 sites - domains?

I'm trying to allow a user account access to only 2 websites. I want to allow a site-wide / domain-wide acceptance. Such as *.site.com/*

How do I successfully add these to the area of parental controls in OS X 10.5, where it says selected websites "or something similar, the last radio button"?

The wildcard template I tried was " *.site.com/* "

Under Content tab in Parental Controls, select Allow access to only these sites. At this point do not add anything to the list. Log in as the user open safari and navigate to the site you want to give access to. Then the message "No Allowed" comes up. Click on the "Add Website" button, enter the admin name and password to add the site.
This will allow the main domain plus any subdomains. If you have bookmarked them in safari, you could add the sites with the "Add bookmark" option under the content tab in parental controls without having to log in as the user first. (Click the plus).
