Does Exchange server 2003 support SSL in downloading emails from ISP

I am using Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium with Exchange server 2003 (SP2 installed).  Our ISP "upgraded," now requiring that we use SSL to log into their POP3 server.  Before the upgrade we were working fine.  This is my question, does Exchange server 2003 support SSL in order to download emails from an ISP?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
