That is the first thing I tired. &nbsp;I was looking for someone who had a more definitive answer as to what the failure is, I know it is a hardware failure, just which component is the question. &nbsp;Thank you for the quick guess.

Thank you for the manual and advise. &nbsp;I am going to TS the printer and find out what is wrong with it and if I can allocate the parts, I will repair myself. &nbsp;I will post the problem once I find it so others can benefit.

Looking for resolution to Xerox Phaser 8500 Service Needed Fault Message.
