Hello,<br />

I have a computer that has 2 serial ports. I need to use both ports to connect some specialty hardware. For some reason though, when I go to hardware manager, I see two items: Communications Port (COM1) as opposed to:<br />
Communications Port (COM1)<br />
Communications Port (COM2)<br />
<br />
I checked the BIOS and the ports have separate IRQs.<br />
<br />
What could be the issue?<br />
<br />
OS is WinXP Pro<br />

Hello,
