combo box updating antoehr combox box

I have a form that loads 2 combo boxes
the firstoneloads and an ID from it populates the second

problem is when i change the slection in the first i need to to transfer to the second

i am new to VBA so I am a bit lost

is where i need to change the code
just not sure what to do

below is in my form load

i am very new to programming
so maybe you can give me a bit more direction

do i attempt to do all this on form load? useing 1 dataset? or on an event?
