I have several users experieincing issues with Outlook with the following symptom in a domain.
Users will click emails in there inbox and one time Outlook will function normally and the next time it will freeze for a couple minutes while retrieving an email.
Users have both Office 2003 and 2007 so versioning makes no difference also cached mode is turned off on systems so users can to email classifications.
We also incorporate symantec enterprise vault. However I don't think this is the issue as the emails in question trying to be viewed are not archived emails.
Could this be an issue with the domain controller?
