Traffic Lags On Cisco Switch (Catalyst 2948G)(

I recently asked how to configure a cisco switch (  Now it works, but all traffic on the switch is lagging.  Hooking up a basic retail purchased 8 port between the systems currently on the switch removes the lag (ssh logins, browsing to web servers, etc...) but going back on the switch causes the lag to return.  Below is the current running config (which is also the start up config):

Note: The OS is CatOS not IOS

Are you using auto negotiate ? Perhaps the port is getting set to half duplex or not getting negotiated correctly and giving interface errors?

How can I check/fix that?
I do not remember my Catos very well, how about a show interface ?
in IOS that shows the duplex and errors.

Show interface sc0 doesn't show any errors. Just the interface config

Since nobody could help me figure this out we have switched to a dumb switch, and are using a linux router to handle advanced tasks.
