Open port 443 and 80 in Cisco Pix 501

I need to open ports 443 and 80 in my firewall so that I can access OWA. Can someone please give me the commands to open them up. I have tried the following but get an error:
access-list outside_access_in permit tcp any host 97.88.248.162 eq https
static (inside,outside) tcp interface https 192.168.1.10 https netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0
I have also attached my firewall settings.
I am onsite and need help with this ASAP!!

route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 97.88.248.161 1 <=== Other than this, I agree. Shouldnt this be .162 1 ??

I am not getting an error I just need to know how to open ports 80 and 443.

Looks like port 80 is already open and I just need to open port 443. What is the command to open 443? I can access my OWA from inside but not the outside and I am guessing it is because I do not have port 443 open. I just need to know how to open port 443.

I think I may have figured out how to open port 443???. Can you please look at the attached firewall config and tell me if anything else needs to be done.
