How do I restore server licenses (CALs) for SBS 2003?

I just upgraded an SBS 2003 Server from 1GB to 4GB RAM.  Afterwards, all but the original 5 of the 35 CALs vanished, and when I attempt to use the License Restore Wizard to recover the licenses from a backup I made, it gives me an error that "Due to significant changes in the hardware configuration, the license store you have chosen to restore from is no longer valid."

What do I do?  I don't have the original sheets with the license keys anymore.  I was relying on the backup to restore from, which I have done in the past with success.

Thanks alanhardisty and bluntTony.  You both submitted the same solution which worked for the most part, and I will be splitting the points between you two.  However, another issue arose during the fix.

After I restored the licstr.cpa file, I was able to see all of the licenses again, but I could not back them up using the Manage Client Access Licenses utility, due to the same issue of "a significant change to the system hardware."  It forced me to transfer each license, which I did, and then it forced me to call the Microsoft License Activation phone number and manually activate each license, which I did.  But afterwards, I was short the 5 licenses that came with SBS Server.

Since the initial 5 licenses are not listed with a separate key, I have no way to transfer those licenses, unless it uses the same Windows key code listed on the Microsoft label on the server.

Any ideas?
Yes - the 1st five are linked to the code on the server, so you should be able to re-activate them.

Thanks.  I'll give it a try.
