iTunes error 4251 when trying to burn a cd

iTunes version 8.1.1.10 - I'm trying to burn songs to a CD (I know I tried a CD+R, and I tried one from another package that I think was a CD-R, but not 100% sure).  iTunes get through the "initializing" part, then it says "cancelling CD burn".  Then an error window is displayed - "The attempt to burn a disc failed.  An unkinown error occurred (4251)."  (attached pdf shows the error message)

Making things even worse, once this error is generated, you have to throw away the cd, because when you try again, it thinks the cd isn't blank.  Looking at it in Windows Explorer, it shows a file for each song, titled, "track1, track2, track3" etc.  Any ideas out there?

If you tried to burn the CD with a song with DMR it could be the problem.
From th elist of song you want to burn see if the last file on the CD corresponds to a DRM protected song

What does "DRM Protected" mean, and how can I determine if any of the songs in my playlist are DRM protected?
If you downloaded a song from iTunes store then it has DRM.
DRM is a copyright protection that makes the file useless except to be played on the computer where you downloaded the song and that has been authorized in iTunes.
