Create PDF documents dynamically with SharePoint 2007 (MOSS)?

It there any way to create PDF documents within SharePoint?  We are creating a workflow that will need to collect some data from a user, then once the data is collected, create a PDF document of that data and send it to a document library or email it to a user.  I don't see that there is anything in the SharePoint API to do this, so I am assuming that we will need to find a .net component for this.  If this can't be done directly in the API, is anyone familier with a free or resonably priced component that would work in this environment?

Thanks!  I was hoping to find an Open Source or free solution (who doesn't), but these look like good alternatives.  Thanks!
