After restoring mailbox database using RSG and creating 3 new databases since my original was too large , I have been getting errors 8197 (MSExchangeFBPublish) about every 30 minutes I also get error
Event 4001 (MSExchange System Attendant Mailbox). I checked in Exchange Management Shell , Get -Mailbox to see if system attendant mailbox is there and it is NOT. I was told to send an email to it and it would create automatically but it has not. Any help is appreciated. Otherwise Exchange is operational. Just getting some error with Symanec Backup Exec jobs which I think are related to this issue.

Check your services, i only got Event ID 4001 because of the poor startup sequence of the services, with 3 databases the startup probably now takes too lonmg in your environment. There is a quite good knowledge base article regarding this problem:

Thank you for your response but the system attendant service is starting and running but I am missing the system attendant mailbox which I believe is causing the problem 8197 MSExchangeFBPublish which needs to System attendant mailbox.
