Windows pp - binding group radio buttons

Hi

Have Windows application c# contain a group of radio buttons inside a group control

I want to bind these to a text value in a table to retrieve value and select the approariate radio button and when save take value of selected button and save that back to table
 
this was easier in .net asp but cannot find solution in windows

Thanks

But eventualy used tag value on each radio control

on click event of each radio control went to the same code behind method and read tag value of radio control that passed or was clicked and used its tag value to bind to the control

Thanks for your help - but posted solution concept used (not as code as using framework an) that might confuse people even more..)
