Is there a MultiView like control from ASP.NET available for WPF?

I need to display easily pane dependant content when selecting different panes of NavigationBar control by Actipro - http://www.actiprosoftware.com/Products/DotNet/WPF/Navigation/NavigationBar.aspx

Therefore some nice WPF container is necesarry with an ActivePanel/Tab/Container property.

Refering to the attached link, imagine you have different content displayed to the right of navigation box when MAIL pane is selected, different when CALENDAR is selected, and so on.. I get the extended/collapsed events from seperate panes, but how to easily keep and switch between content dependant for each pane?

Any clues?

As in many cases for WPF, you don't need a custom control, just restyle some similar, like the tabcontrol. Some examples:
