"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The error is occuring because the program, hpqste08.exe is crashing. Usually, this program is a part of an HP Imaging product, however, it is not necessary to have running at startup, as it is usually configured to do.

You can go to Start > Run... and type in 'msconfig' and hit Enter.
This will give you the 'System Configuration Utility'.
Click on the 'Startup' tab, find 'hpqste08.exe' in the list, and remove the check from the box next to it.
It will ask you to restart your computer, do so.
When the computer restart, you'll be presented with a dialog box, click the checkbox inside it, and click 'Ok'.

Let me know if this helps.
