HP CUE Status has stopped working

Hello,

I am using Vista win64 . HP


When I open my computer. It shows me this msg. I don't know it is for what and why ?

but i think it is about the printer ... ?

The error is occuring because the program, hpqste08.exe is crashing. Usually, this program is a part of an HP Imaging product, however, it is not necessary to have running at startup, as it is usually configured to do.

You can go to Start > Run... and type in 'msconfig' and hit Enter.
This will give you the 'System Configuration Utility'.
Click on the 'Startup' tab, find 'hpqste08.exe' in the list, and remove the check from the box next to it.
It will ask you to restart your computer, do so.
When the computer restart, you'll be presented with a dialog box, click the checkbox inside it, and click 'Ok'.
