FYI - The RAID configuration for an array is only stored on the disks and not on the controller, hence you can replace the controller with an identical model and still boot of the drives.<br />

Lost raid configuration

A server is a computer program or a machine that waits for requests from other machines or software (clients) and responds to them. This architecture is called the client–server model.
