Flash on bottom

On my website I have a javascript virtical menu with dropout options. I also have flash on my front page and when you hover over the menu item the flash appears ontop. the website is http://www.midlandsfloors.co.uk. Does anybody know how I can make the flash appear on the bottom and the menu ontop?

I would layer it with DIV tags, a good example source can be found here:

You might also want to rethink your embedding, did you look at your site with IE8?
