Eg:

My footer section content is
                                   Notes
----------------------------------------------------------
     "This is the note i gave in footer Section"

I want this to be in same page.Now my problem is if detail section grows my "Note" Heading will
be in first page and content will jump to second page.

Go into the section expert and make sure that for each footer section the KeepTogether checkbox is ticked.

Free Tool: ZipGrep

ZipGrep is a utility that can list and search zip (.war, .ear, .jar, etc) archives for text patterns, without the need to extract the archive's contents.

I don't unerstand what you mean by this.

You can only force a new page either before or after a complete section.  You can't force a page within a section.

OK I understand the problem now.
If you have Keep Together checked for footer b then it looks like this is a bug in CR.
You could try creating another formula field..

Evaluateafter({@note});
{@Notehead} & chr(13) & {@Note}

Replace the two fields in footer b with this new formula field.
