Hi techs,

some of our users have problem while they opening files trough Lotus Notes database (database is made by our in house programmers). It seams that MS Word doesn't save document completely and document hangs in File menu. Problem is when they have many lines in File menu (see att) so they can't reach Print..., Exit, etc, which are at the bottom of the File menu.

So my question is how to delete those records from MS Word?

So far I have tried to delete all temp documents in "%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent" and to search for a string "Lotus Notes" in registry but without success. Also I have tried to uncheck "Recently used file list" in MS Word but labels "Lotus Notes" are still there. It seams that those records are not affected by "Recently used file list".

Thank you!

I think your problem is generated by Lotus Quickr services for Lotus Domino (connector for MS Office).
Try to install latest fixes for Lotus Quickr services for Lotus Domino.

Quickr is combination of number of previous Lotus products, like Document Manager and QuickPlace.
The component of the Quickr that contains the bug is Lotus Document Manager (earlier called Domino.Doc).

Also, you can manually delete those records from MS Word by selecting "Tools - Customize..." and the clicking on Rearrange Commands.
