I wonder how the ATM Machine - (Automated Teller Machine) generally connects to the BANK for Debit card PIN authentication and verification, Do they use direct VSAT (satellite) connection or they route through the public network? I would like to understand how the communication takes place while someone withdraw money from the ATM Machine - (Automated Teller Machine) Thanks!
