Critical State in Health Explorer for SCOM Root Management Server

The Health Explorer for my Root Management Server shows the following alert in the Availability Section:

"Data Warehouse Report Deployment State - ####### [Server Name] (Data Warehouse Synchronization Server)

NOTES:
 - The SQL Server, Root Management Server and Site Management Server are on seperate boxes.
 - The other sections in Health Explorer (Configuration, Performance and Security are Healthy)

Below is the description:
Failed to deploy reporting component to the SQL Server Reporting Services server. The operation will be retried. Exception 'UnauthorizedAccessMonitoringException': The user ######## does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation. One or more workflows were affected by this. Workflow name: Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Deployment.Report
Instance name: ************** Instance ID: {9AE7E8DC-3147-B121-85B0-396E155D5F31}
Management group: ++++++++++++

The strange thing is that the Data Warehouse Configuration Synchronization Reader Account is not available.
