The title says it all. I have found post after post and KB's on this and can not seem to get a resolution, so I am looking for more or at this point anything that may help. Member is running Outlook 2003, SP3.........OS is XP, SP3 with all available hotfixes.
Here is what I done so far:
1. Ran detect and repair in Outlook.
2. deleted her local profile.
3. reapplied SP3
4. Set up a new Outlook profile
5. Had her log on to another computer
6. applied KB's
