C# distributed system textbooks and tutorials

I have doing a independent research course on "distributed systems using C#".

For this we have a windows clusters.

However, I don't know where to start.

Can you please guide me from where should I start? I mean software (compilers etc)? Textbooks? and reliable online tutorials ?

please let me know.

"Distributed Computing" and "Synchronization Algorithms and Concurrent Programming" by Gadi Taubenfeld are pretty good sources.
