Outlook 2003 certificate error

I have one user who is on Outlook 2003 who can't send mail (but receives just fine) because of a certificate error which says that there is no certificate which allows the email address jdoe@ourdomain.com to send mail. This is a new one on me, and I can't find anytning online that seems to pertain to it. She can send/receive successfully via OWA however. Help, please.

Is she using outlook 2007?  Have you tried to delete and recreate her mail profile?

She is using Outlook 2003.  No, I haven't done that....do you think that might fix it?

I hae had a pretty high success rate of solving fluke problems that way. I am assuming everything is stored on exchange and she can access it through OWA.  So I would confirm if anything else needs to be backed up localy and then delete and recreate the profile.

I will try it...yes, everything is on th server so there shouldn't be any problems there. The only things local would be old .psts.
