Windows Appearance with GPO

I would like to have a GPO to set the appearance tab settings set to

Windows and Buttons: Windows Classic Style
Color Scheme: Teal (VGA)

I can only find a setting in GPE to apply a specific msstyles file to load. Does anyone know how I can force these display settings?
