Cisco timezone question

We have a Cisco 2800 w IOS 12.4.
Trying to change timezone
 tried:
clock timezone EDT -5  
but it does not understand the command.

Is there another way?

Use these commands:

clock timezone EST -5
clock summer-time EDT recurring

it does not understand timezone command
invalid input detected at the "T" in timezone
