Is there a way to pull the bottom borer on the example code to the absolute bottom of the Header text?
<html>

<head>
<title>Header 2</title>
<style>
<!--
.head       { border-bottom:1px solid #FF0000;
                padding:0px;
                margin:0px; }
.top        { float: right;
                 }
-->
</style>
</head>

<body>
<div class="head">
    <div class="top">[<a href="#top">top</a>]</div>
