Use a Hyperlink as a button control in ASP.net

Hello,
I have one HyperLink control in an ASP.NET page,
I want to use it as a button, when the user click i want to run some vb code, how can i do this.

Can you just switch to using a LinkButton instead?  That is essentially a hyperlink that has it's onclick event tied to postback event.
