Loop through Controls on Wizard Control in ASP.Net VB

How do I loop through ALL of the controls on a form made with the Wizard Control?
I have built the form with 10 wizard steps and numerous fields. I do not want to re-type them all to create the database.

How can I loop through and get the names & values from each control?
