All mail gets delivered to junk folder instead of inbox outlook 2007 POP3
Hi for some reason all of a users emails are being delivered to the junk folder instead of inbox
She is using Vista Business SP1 Office 2007 POP3 mail and AVG 2009
I have attempted to reconfigure all her outlook email rules, turn off all junk mail filtering, reset the inbox as the default delivery folder for all new emails and add legitimate addresses to her allow list. I send to herself and still the mail goes straight to junk. From here I right click and select always allow from this sender and try again and still goes to junk folder. I ran the outlook diagnostics but found no problems and am currently runing the office SP2 upgrade. Any further ideas would be much appreciated.
The person found out that there were a ton of rules and what they did was delete all the rules and then recreate them. It looks like you said that you attempted reconfiguring but not sure if you tried to delete them.
To rule out avg however, I would stop your avg services and test to see if you have the same behaviour, if so then it is within outlook. If not, then it would point to AVG.
