Other than that your log file is clean.
You might want to download an antimalware utility such as Malwarebytes.
www.malwarebytes.org
It's free and reliabe.
Once downloaded and updated, reboot into Safe Mode (F8 at startup) and run a scan.
If it's only the email that is slow and other services and applications run as normal I doubt that you are infected.

found avgcsrvx.exe running most of cpu i have adjusted priority and waiting for user.
i think running maleware bytes is good idea...
