Scalix crash - serious problems! Urgent! Need help!

Hello experts,
after my centos box crashed i managed to copy all neccessary data of the scalix installation to a new (virtual) centos 5.3 machine.
Means: i copied /var/opt/scalix and /opt/scalix to the new box.
Now i ran the installer wich gave me some problems telling me that i have 20 users but my community edition (my serial wasnt recognized at this time) allows only 10 users.
I managed to get above this point by manual rpm'ing most of the scalix-components.
After i finished the installation, i am now not able to connect to my scalix box.
- sxmkindex recognizes all my users and also the correct number of mails.
- omcheck tells me that everything is fine
- ompatchom does the same
-- (i already used these progs to correct permissions)

BUT:
I am not able to login to scalix via webmail, sac OR outlook. Outlook tells me the server is not available. Sac/webmail are telling me that the "administration server" is not available.

Do you have any idea???
Im in desperate need of a solution!

Thanks in advance!

i'm not a scalix expert, but it sounds like its more likly to be a networking issue that an authentication issue. can you ping the virtual server? ssh?

might be iptables as well?

I got it working by reinstalling the system ontop of the copied data structure of the old server and making an omscan and a bit hacking.
Unfortunately i had to pay idiots from a german "scalix-special-support-guru-company" around 300 bucks for doing absolutely nothing and having no idea what the solution is.
So i decided to offer scalix-support on my own for german customers in the future.
I cannot believe that those "trained experts" where not able to help any bit but writing me big bills.
