Will LACP affect inter VLAN Communication

Hi Everyone,
I am planning to use LACP to connect my Dell switches to my Core Dell power connect 6224 and to use the 6224 to perform layer 3 routing between all of the VLANs.

Will LACP have any negative affect on the inter VLAN communication if I enable IP Routing on the 6224?

Also I am planning to connect a Dell Server with NIC Teaming to the core switch using LACP and I briefly read through the Broadcom NIC Teaming Guide at http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/network/r35278/broadcom%20nic%20teaming_1.1_final.doc

And noticed that it said the following :

"The switch that the teamed ports are connected to must not be a Layer 3 switch or router. The ports in the team must be in the same network. "

If I configure the ports that the NIC Team will connect to on the switch as an Access port for one of the VLANs will this still be a problem?

Any assistance in helping me clarify these issues would be most appreciated.
