I have an HTC S7100 mobile. When ever i connect this mobile with my laptop over USB cable it charges but I am not able to synch it via Microsoft Active Synch. Active synch keeps on checking USB and COM ports but can't find this mobile. I have tried with USB ports of my laptop but no luck. Active Synch version is 4.2 and laptop Operating system is Windows XP.
