To get the source of webpage using VB.NET, you can use

DocumentCompleted(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowserDocumentCompletedEventArgs) Handles WebBrowser.DocumentCompleted

function in webrowser tool. In documentcompleted funtion , you should use

doc.documentElement.innerHTML

subfunction to get the HTML source code of webpage you are going to access. Try your program using this following code lines and you can get through it. All the Best and feel free to post any comment in experts-exchange...
