Double Authentican required within a LAN

Hi Experts,
We have 20 PC's in a LAN which is connected to a domain named orange.co.in,we have 3 important server's in which we need double authentication.i.e whenever any user wants to access those 3 servers they need to give the domain user name and password.Along with that they need to provide another user name and password for those three servers.

That is two authentication is required for additional security. Please let us know how to proceed in this case?
Do we need to implement any Firewall solution?

Thanks and regards

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This has nothing to do wtih ISA at all.
This is a function of the servers themselves and whatever they are capable of doing with the involved application that is being run from them.
