Powerbuilder 10.5 open blob in internet explorer

I have a blob and I want to open it in internet explorer. How can I do this?

This blob is saved in an oracle database and contains a XML file.

1. get the blob containt from database using selectblob...
2. write the content to temporary file using fileopen, filewriteex and fileclose
3. Insert Microsoft web browser on your window using...
          Insert > OLE > insert control tab > select Microsoft web browser
4. call below function to open your xml file in it.
          ole_name.navigateurl('c:\temp\temp.xml')
