All,

Is there any way to audit or find out who has added what in outlook, i.e. someon with exchange admin permissions can add any mailbox on site but there is no way of telling which mailboxes they have added.

I know you can track mailbox logons in exchange system manager but a logon counts when a person is viewing a shared calendar. I know you can add an 'open messages' tab but does it mean open messages within the mailbox?

i'm in need of help!

this is al useful info but it doesnt tell me if the 'open messages' colum relates to emails or calendar entries.

Also is there any way of monitoring locally on the PC (outlook 2003)

I dont think there is an option to monitor such outlook activities from sever end, however the following article may help to log few details.

Honestly I have not tried it yet, check if it works for you. Good luck
