I have created a certificate server.crt with his key server.key by following a procedure find on the net. I put them into conf/ssl. I load the ssl.conf in the httpd.conf. What is missing? Or what I did wrong?

in that httpd.conf you are commenting out the include of the ssl.conf file :

<IfModule mod_ssl.c>
    #Include conf/ssl.conf
</IfModule>

<IfModule mod_ssl.c>

    Include conf/ssl.conf

</IfModule>

Yes, sorry. It's because the ssl.conf is not working. With this config file the server won't start.

I replaced the line SSLPassPhraseDialog builtin with this
"exec:C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/conf/ssl/passphrase.bat"

in the passphrase.bat is just this line @echo mypassphrase

does the apache console give any error on startup ? if not have you checked if port 445 is listing ? with netstat -an or something..

and checked that https://yourwebpath/ does work/not work ?

Just some checks i want to clearify before i check it deeper. does not seem like its a config fault.
