HP 8150 says it is offline

I have an HP 8150 with a Jetdirect 600n card. Yesterday the printer changed its ip address.  It is currently configured for manual not dhcp. I changed the ip back and we started to have intermitent issues with it. This morning the printer itself says it is offline. I can log into its web interface without an issue and it says it is online there. Installed as a local printer it says it is ready, and I can ping it. I can also bring up its properties. Searches all point to the jetdirect card, but the previous leads me to believe it is ok. I have turned the printer off, disconnected power, and removed the direct card. This did not help either. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
