Service Control Manager Error

In the Event Viewer I am getting to "ERRORS" under "System" on is Microsoft Media Center Drive Service has reported an Invalid Current State of 0. And...The dtxjwh service has reported an invalid current staer of ). Both have event ID 7016. I canot stop either service
