job in sql server 2005

Hi, i am developing a web interface for schedule (JOB) with sql server 2005. I have a problem with Frecuency Occurs Montly because in the textbox day the user can be enter 35 when the max value is 31. My question is
I need calculate the number days by month or the schedule (sql sertver 2005) makes
i.e if i enter in the textbox day the value of 31 for month February Server error was?

My opinion is that it is easier for everyone if you do the error checking on the web interface and not on the sql side. I'm also confused about the frequency being monthly but the user selecting a day. Also, are they selecting a year in this? That is going to effect the Feb. max value.

I validate in web interface a max value of 31 (the user enter value), but what happen be in the course of month de February?

When they enter the data what is it used for? If they enter the 31st, do you have a job that runs on the date specified?
