I got bsod and here is minidump file, please help.

tested hardware with DELL diagnostic utilities on startup  - passed

If all hardware passed,how many times has machine blue screened? If just once(as dump file was inconclusive).
Try running system file checker http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B310747&x=13&y=11 --providing you have correct window cd, as may be needed.
Also pull down all windows updates and latest drivers for graphics card

Resolved: it was modem driver, I started to disable each driver at a time. Turned out it was bad modem driver, after driver update - BSOD gone. Thanks all
