Implementing A Simplified Pasword Recovery ASP.NET

I want to create a simple password recovery page using the password recovery control. I dont want to ask the user security questions. I just want you to be able to enter a username, I check for the username in the membership db and email a password to the associated email in the membership db. Can someone help me with this?

set the requiresQuestionAndAnswer to false in the web.config file under the Membership provider
