Has anyone had any issues with installing a KVM 2160as box.  I purchased this unit new in the box, but can't seem to get it to work.  The unit came with 16 SIP (system interface pod).  I tried to use the console port to upload the latest firmware.  I suspect the unit is bricked or it doesn't talk to the current SIP's.

I believe it's bricked. Ours worked right out of the box, and updating was smooth and easy, with access to the display at all times.
