tried to restart the server and checked safemode ...... the server say this process managed by another device ??<br />

I have a service running at 100%, servicesrv.exe <br />
<br />
When traced back this points to the clipsrv service. <br />
<br />
I have tried to disable this service and also installed a copy of msconfig to try and remove this. All attemps have failed.<br />
<br />
I am the administrator on the box.<br />
<br />
Any ideas on how i can stop this ??<br />
